This carafe, with a plastic lid, is made from high quality heat resistant glass Simax. It can be used for ice-cold or boiling hot drinks. You don't need to open or shut this lid, just pour your drink and the lid opens itself. All products are made from glass containing no Cadmium or Lead. Please let it cool down slowly.
